More than half a year ago, I posted the Official Announcement Trailer of Baldur’s Gate 3. While Larian Studios hasn’t been completely quiet about their upcoming game, I think the opening cinematic they released yesterday is finally something worth posting.

Just look at it! The quality in this one almost rivals the cinematics of Blizzard Entertainment, and that is huge for what I seem to regard as a small Belgian game developer from Ghent. It’s about time I change my view on them. They are definitely one of the big boys now! I’m starting to have high expectations for this one!
