It’s been a rather quiet month regarding new and upcoming games, but there’s one trailer that immediately pulled me out of my reclusive period. Final Fantasy VII REMAKE!
Watching this brought me back to the when I was still 14, and absolutely obsessed by a jRPG called FFVII. It wasn’t love it first sight though, since my first impression of the game was that it looked stupid, only for me to fall deep down the rabbit hole a couple of weeks later.
The fact that the new trailer captures the exact same magic as I remember the classic version back in 1997 is a big commendation in itself. The only downside is there still isn’t mention of a PC release. Don’t make me spend my money twice on this one Square Enix!
